EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT
The Network’s work related to education supports the ongoing commitment of the CHN to build the capacity of health professionals working within the Network. The CHN identifies and implements shared education initiatives for Network members. To date, these activities have focused on:

  • Identifying and prioritizing the educational needs of CHN members through a needs assessment leading to development of an Education Plan.
  • Advising on the implementation and evaluation of educational programs.
  • Identifying opportunities for collaboration among Network members in planning and conducting educational programs.

EDUCATION WORKSHOP & EVENTS
A key role of the CHN is to sponsor and promote the development of education activities that will support development of the regionalized model of care and provide opportunities for those working within the CHN to learn about new initiatives being developed for the Network.
